Your first deposit unlocks the welcome bonus automatically. You do not need to enter a code at the cashier or contact support to claim it — it is applied to your account as soon as the first deposit clears. The bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements, which are set out in the promotions terms available on the Promotions page.
Before your first withdrawal, you will be asked to complete identity verification (KYC). This is standard practice for all online gaming platforms and involves submitting a copy of your valid CNIC. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of submission. The process is done once — after that, your withdrawals can be processed without going through it again.

The mobile web experience is optimised for both Android and iOS and the layout adapts cleanly to any screen size.
